Residential Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job site operations scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site safety and cleanliness, quality control, from excavation to punch out with focus on customer satisfaction, speed and accuracy
  • Manage information flow on site, ensure site crew and subs are working with current information and clarify any questions with the architect
  • Assist in developing budgetary estimates, procuring subs and materials, and reviewing project invoices
  • Manage warranty program, ensuring customers needs are met

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years experience in high-end residential construction, both in the field and in project management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital project management systems, scheduling, estimating and procurement
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and effectively manage time without constant oversight
  • Professional appearance and friendly personality
  • Strong project history, work and personal references
  • Eagerness to grow into increasing responsibilities
  • Must have reliable transportation, tools, and ability to easily lift 50 pounds
  • Residency within a reasonable commute of greater Portland preferred
  • Strong cultural fit is crucial
  • Background, reference check, and a clean driving record are required
