We begin each residential or commercial project by asking questions and listening closely to your answers:

How do you see yourself living or working in the completed space?
What do you wish your space to communicate to the people who will exist within it?
What are your wants and needs?
What existing spaces do you admire?

Our project architects and builders are heavily collaborative, from experiencing the site with you to formulating a plan together that meets both your needs as well as the needs of the surrounding environment. We welcome the opportunity to share in your passion for seeing your vision completed.

Our process generally follows five key milestones, designed to keep each project organized, on track, and as prepared for success as possible.

Our Process

Alignment & Communication
01
Alignment & Communication
We sit down together and discuss your goals so that we can set a prospective timeline, scope, and budget — it’s key that we get to know one another and establish realistic expectations moving forward.
Concept
02
Concept
We work together to define a solid, agreed-upon direction for your project. At this point, we should all be on the same page about how everything will proceed.
Design Development
03
Design Development
We work with you to bring your designs from a concept to concrete plans. Ensuring that the project can move forward without compromising your vision is key.
Interior Design & Construction Documentation
04
Interior Design & Construction Documentation
We prepare your architectural drawings for permitting and accurate pricing by your chosen contractor; during this time, we also create detailed drawings for any custom millwork and furnishings.
Construction & Construction Administration
05
Construction & Construction Administration
At this stage of the project, we make ourselves available to you and your contractor to answer questions and provide recommendations throughout the construction process.
After

After
We’re available to provide maintenance, care, and improvements as needed.
