Our inquisitive, friendly, and award-winning Residential Studio is looking to bring on a talented Architect/Architectural Designer.

Under the supervision of the Director of Design and Project Manager, you should be ready to:
- Occasionally measure and document existing structures.
- Participate in regulatory review to verify Local and State codes and regulations.
- Be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs.
- Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs.
- Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects.
- Collaborate with your Project Manager(s) and design team on moving a project forward from Schematic Design through Design Development toward Construction Documentation.
- Communicate with our Construction division and other subcontractors to gain an understanding of budgets and schedules that best serve our clients needs.
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
- Coordinate with clients on project needs and find solutions to their design concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6-year Architectural degree from an accredited Architecture Program
- License preferred, a path to licensure required
- 3 to 7+ years experience in the architecture field
- Residential design experienced (preferred)
- Knowledge and aptitude at using Archicad BIM software (preferred) or other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of Twin Motion a plus
- Experience with interiors would be a great asset
